Order Modification/Cancellation Policy

After an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, such as a limited quantity of available products, errors in product or pricing information, or limitations from our credit department. If we do need to cancel an order, we will notify you before doing so.

If you wish to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us at Ph: +91-6362044997 (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7 days a week). If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been prepared or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled and you will be responsible for payment.

Returns and Refund Policy

We offer refunds in genuine cases. In the event that an incorrect or defective product has been received, please inform us as soon as possible by writing to us at support@greetkaro.com with a pic or by calling us at +91-6362044997 (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7 days a week). Our representative will reach out to you and may request additional information about the product received or any issues with it. We appreciate your cooperation and support in the process, as it will help us resolve your complaint quickly.

Greet Karo is not liable and does not provide refunds in the following instances:

• Incorrect delivery of flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift items, and preserved goods due to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
• Failed delivery attempts as a result of the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address given by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
• Quality issues with the product are caused by improper handling by the recipient.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment for the undelivered portion.

Greet Karo will process online refunds upon confirmation via email or phone call with the customer or recipient. Once processed by Greet Karo, the refund will take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
